Volunteer Opportunities

BUILD WITH US

Homeownership puts families on a strong foundation that makes our community a better place.  You can help make the dream of homeownership a reality for our partner families by building alongside them.

Construction experience helpful, but not required.  Volunteers must wear close-toed shoes.  Safety equipment will be provided.  Because of OSHA safety regulations, most build site projects can only be completed by those 16 and older.

REPAIR WITH US

Habitat Repairs helps low-income homeowners with needed repairs.

Often, projects are completed in just a few hours and offer a volunteer experience for those who feel less comfortable on a construction site.

Habitat Repairs programs may be suitable for youth groups.

FEED OUR VOLUNTEERS

Our volunteers work up a mighty appetite and you can support Habitat by filling their bellies with great food!

Volunteers need lunches, snacks, treats, and beverages.

Feeding volunteers is a terrific way for your business to support Habitat.  Promotional opportunities are available.

RESTORE VOLUNTEERS

The ReStore plays a vital role in Habitat for Humanity's ability to build and repair affordable homes because it funds the overhead expenses of the organization.

Volunteers are needed to process donations, schedule pickups and help customers.

Volunteering at the ReStore is a great option for retirees that love to tinker and repair things or for students who'd like to get a little job experience for their resumes and college applications.

Volunteers may receive a discount on merchandise at the ReStore!

HELP US CELEBRATE!

We have a lot to celebrate!  We need volunteers to help us plan, promote and set up various events throughout the year.  This includes Habitat Heroes and Hope, Home Blessings, Ribbon Cuttings, Home Dedications, and more.
